Order Cancellation
Please be aware that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order arrives, you may reach out to our support team to start the return process. After we receive your returned order, we will process a refund.
Priority + Insured Shipping
If you’ve selected Priority + Insured shipping, you will have the option to reship your order or receive a refund if it is lost in transit. If you chose "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing," we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.
Lost/Missing Packages
OTOCLEAR.COM is not liable if an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Please ensure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility and resend the original order at no charge.
Customs
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to the possibility that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. However, sometimes tracking is not available for orders with free shipping.
